SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• • Lead projects from conception to completion.
  • Determine and define project timelines, Communicate these and monitor project progress to product managers and Engineering Director.
  • Reporting on project status. Managing project risks with relevant teams and report accordingly.
  • Updating of resource planner for each project and negotiating resource with competing programmes
  • Tracking of project financials.
  • Support Engineering Director with new reporting templates for Cosworth.
  • Support Engineering Director with developing programme/Project governance.
  • Work with junior project managers and build the project management team within Cosworth.

SKILLS EXPEREINCE AND CHARACTER:

• Previous experience of project management in an automotive engineering environment delivering complex projects.
• Prince 2 /APM or equivalent qualifications.
• MS Project management tools.
• Ability to track project spend and manage respectively contingency.
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Lead and manage/ mentor members of the project team.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
