We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to manage administrative, operational and logistics tasks to achieve agreed objectives for Sales (SOI and Revenue) and Operational KPI’s (OTIF delivery).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Management of orders from loading through to customer deliver using SAP.
  • Management of customer repairs and returns from quotation through to delivery from SAP.
  • Liaise with the Finance Department to ensure that each account is operating to agreed credit limits, including cash collection, and is working to Cosworth’s Terms and Conditions. Exceptions agreed with the Head of Motorsport.
  • Work with the Finance team to ensure (where necessary) recognition and deferral of invoiced revenue.
  • Stock Management including Purchase Order Requisitions (POR’s) approval, purchase order creation and booking into stores.
  • Management of stock level planning (where relevant) with the Commercial Team, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Finance, including management of contracted stock levels to ensure stock levels are compliant with customer contract requirements.
  • Annual and quarterly stock counts throughout the year
  • Attend events (such as races) when the sector or opportunity requires it.
  • Focus on expanding account opportunities by promoting all Cosworth products into the account.
  • Work with the Commercial Team and Support teams to ensure comprehensive customer relationship management to maintain a strong working relationship with existing customers.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity in a sales administration role.
  • SAP experience beneficial.
  • Accounting awareness beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently to agreed goals.
  • Able to communicate effectively (verbal & written) both internally and externally at all levels.
  • Demonstrates consistency and integrity in decision making and dealing with people.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
