SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILTIES:

• To manage designated customers to achieve agreed objectives for customer satisfaction and business development ensuring Cosworth is the supplier of choice.
• Working with the Motorsport Director, help deliver on the Commercial Strategy for Motorsport and ensure it meets business objectives.
• Be the example of best practice in our high performance commercial team, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and managing a business pipeline to exceed budgeted revenue.
• Ensure robust commercial processes and plans are in place and followed; championing the use of our CRM system by all.
• Work with other departments to review and enhance the commercial and technical offering.
• Report and communicate performance to the commercial team.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND CHARACTER:

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous experience in a commercial role, preferably in the Motorsport sector and/or of electronic control systems.
• Have a strong commercial background involving direct sales and business development, contract negotiation and demonstrable experience in delivering exceptional key account management.
• Be a goal-orientated individual who thinks creatively to achieve their objectives.
• Be Enthusiastic, politically astute and an effective networker.
• Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, capable of delivering technical messages clearly at all levels.
