KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to Senior Electrical Technician, the successful candidate will be taught to perform and assist with the following tasks:

• Build wiring looms and harnesses from electrical schematics and harness drawings
• Harness build techniques:
  • Automotive wiring harnesses using Round-it, conduit systems and Automotive wire
  • Motorsport wiring harnesses using industry standard sealed System 25 and Contra-helical lays
• PCB assembly
• Communicate issues or updates required to Electrical Engineering team
• Harness inspection and testing
• Test box assembly

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND CHARACTER:

• Must be PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Have basic mechanical fitting and assembly skills
• Have the ability to work equally well unsupervised or as part of a team
• Be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills and
• Have a desire to learn new disciplines and expand their skill set
