- Attend track events to maintain Cosworth Electronic systems.
- Assist customers to get the most from their Cosworth Electronics system at the track and in the office.
- Produce detailed event reports to assist with any software/hardware enhancements required back to engineering.
- Provide technical documentation to assist the customer experiences with Cosworth products.
- Produce technical training videos for use with customer and the support forum.
- Answer requests for assistance from teams either through email or support forum.
- Report any commercial opportunities to the account management team.
- Assist in the development of software and hardware, through software testing and track experience.
