KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a senior commercial role in the Automotive sector is required, desirably in infotainment, and/or electronic control systems and/or autonomous systems.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering significant sales growth, delivering growth of 2x revenue in 3-4 years.
- A goal-orientated individual who thinks creatively to achieve their objectives.
- A strong commercial background involving business development, marketing, direct sales, sales channel management, contract negotiation, pricing strategies and key account management.
- People management experience, capable of developing effective, engaged teams and departments.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of delivering complex technical messages clearly at all levels.
- Ability to lead by example and mentor team members to enable effective team and personal development.
- Someone who can both lead a commercial team to success, and someone who enjoys spending time with customers and developing new business.
