RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The CAD design and release of drawings for a busy manufacturing environment that requires an ongoing review and revision of existing equipment and assembly tools as well as supporting the implementation of processes and equipment for new parts. E.G. Tooling could be hand held press tools
• Fixturing could be a Cylinder Head mounting for Seat and Guide insertion, up to an entire production cell layout with new equipment for a proposed manufacturing process
• Consider the health and safety, environmental and energy impact of all activities
• Support the Company’s compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018, following policy and best practice
• Undertake any other duties or activities reasonably requested in order to meet departmental or company goals

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND CHARACTER:

• A working knowledge of engine component function, Cylinder Heads, Crankcase Assembly is a requirement
• Proficiency in NX 9-12 (CAD)
• Experience of using Teamcenter and SAP
• Consider the health and safety, environmental and energy impact of all activities
• Support the Company’s compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018, following policy and best practice
• Undertake any other duties or activities reasonably requested in order to meet departmental or company goals
