RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To manage assigned customer accounts to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is met.
- Achieve and exceed agreed objectives and commercial KPI’s.
- Responsible for securing and exceeding agreed sales order intake targets, revenue, and profit levels across designated accounts.
- Proactively conduct business development activities with your customers ensuring Cosworth is considered for the supply of electronics solutions.
- Working as a team to help deliver the Commercial Strategy for Cosworth Electronics and ensure it meets business objectives.
- Be the example of best practice in our high performance commercial team, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and managing a business pipeline to exceed budgeted revenue.
- Ensure robust commercial processes and plans are in place and followed; championing the use of our CRM system by all.
- Work with other departments to review and enhance the commercial and technical offering.
- Report and communicate performance to the commercial team.
