RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for:

• To assist KAMs to achieve agreed objectives for customer satisfaction and business development ensuring Cosworth is the supplier of choice regarding electronics supply.
• Assist KAMs will all areas of account management including, sales proposals, report writing, customer presentations, data analysis, pipeline and progress reporting.
• Working with the wider commercial team to meet tasks and business objectives.
• Be the example of best practice in our high performance commercial team.
• Champion the use of our CRM system.
• Work with other departments to ensure our customers receive a first class service.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & CHARACTER

The ideal person will hold the below skills and experience:

• Experience in a commercial role, with a keen interest in the Motorsport sector and/or of electronic control systems.
• A strong commercial or customer service support background supporting a sales function (key account managers, business development) to deliver results.
• A goal-orientated individual who thinks creatively to achieve their objectives, and displays an aptitude for personal growth and progression.
• Enthusiastic, demonstrates attention to detail and can network effectively.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of delivering technical messages clearly at all levels.
• Demonstrates consistency and integrity in decision making and dealing with people.
• Ability to lead by example, enable effective team and personal development
• Passion to deliver commercial success, someone who enjoys spending time with customers.
