Our Advanced Manufacturing Centre adheres to industry quality standards, including ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System), as well as fulfilling automotive advanced product quality planning (APQP) and production part approval processes (PPAP).
Inside the facility, our three Zeiss CentreMax Co-ordinate-Measuring Machines (CMM) are used for in-process measurement during production, as well as for measurement of development parts.
We follow a ‘no fault forward’ strategy at each stage of our processes, ensuring quality is guaranteed. Automated leak testing is integrated into our manufacturing process, where appropriate, and is adapted to suit customer demands. Part marking incorporates a leak pass element for traceability.
