We integrate manufacturing firmly into our value chain to deliver complex machining from our purpose-built, self-contained Advanced Manufacturing Centre, all to industry-leading and ISO-accredited standards.

PRODUCTION MANUFACTURING
Designed to conform to OEM production standards, our flexible manufacturing facility offers volumes that range from pilot production right up to 20,000 units per year, with multiple product lines running concurrently. Products are designed and machined to meet the most stringent demands for the automotive, aerospace, defence and marine sectors.

PROTOTYPE MANUFACTURING
At the heart of our advanced manufacturing capability is the art of complex machining major cast components. Our manufacturing process is ideally suited to supporting development projects or low volume requirements. We also have a well-developed supply chain and partnerships with leading casting foundries.

TECHNOLOGY
Built around 11 Matsuura CNC automated machining centres, our AMC operates on a 24/5 shift pattern to ensure round-the-clock support for business-critical OEM programmes. Our unique proposition brings together latest specification technology and includes Cosworth specialities such as plasma bore coating, diamond honing and robot-operated cleaning – a truly enviable under-one-roof offering.
