Our state-of-the-art Advanced Manufacturing Centre allows us to offer complex machining of major cast components, including cylinder heads, covers and blocks through to sumps, crankcases, timing gear casings, transmission housings and EV drive casings, meeting even the most challenging production brief.


We have a long history of developing and machining parts, as well as combustion chambers, which deliver high levels of control over geometry and compression ratios. Production cylinder head combustion chambers are machined using fewer cuts with larger cutters, which optimises the machining time.
