Round the World win for Virbac-Paprec
Cosworth electronics customer Virbac Paprec delivered the maiden victory for the new Cosworth Lightwave system in a round-the-world race.
Virbac Paprec 3, skippered by Jean Pierre Dick and Loïck Peyron, won the second Barcelona World Race after completing the race in 93 days, 22 hours, 20 minutes and 36 seconds. The victory is an important milestone as it demonstrates the capability of Cosworth's Lightwave as a wind processor.
