Cosworth signs up to SC21
21st Century Supply Chains (SC21) is the single, coordinated industrial change programme developed by and for the UK aviation, space and defence sectors.
SC21 is one of the most important development programmes that Cosworth has been invited to participate in. This industry-led campaign is aimed at transforming the way the UK does business, identifying improvements that benefit everyday working practices. Not only does it accelerate competitiveness but it acts to cement those vital relationships between customer and supplier, essential for hassle-free business.
Cosworth has engaged TEC as their Strategic Partner to undertake the in-depth diagnostics that have been focused on Business Excellence (EFQM), Manufacturing Excellence (Lean) and Performance Measurement, Management & Improvement. This has enabled our SC21 team to formulate a Continuous Sustainable Improvement Plan (CSIP) to improve our existing high level of performance in preparation for an SC21 Recognition Award.
