If you are a recruitment agent and would like to work with Cosworth in the future, please send the following information addressed to the Careers team at one of the office locations listed on the Contact page on our website:
- Business terms
- Focus areas (technical and/or industry)
- Office location
- Profile of key contact(s)
- 2 or more examples of recent placements
We will contact you if we would like to arrange a meeting to
discuss your services in more detail. At that stage, we'll ask you
to provide a reference from a comparable organisation. We want to
ensure that any agencies acting on behalf of Cosworth leave the
right impression, so we may also ask to speak with some recent
candidates, successful and unsuccessful.
Unsolicited phone calls
We have a clear policy on unsolicited contact from recruitment agencies. We only work with agencies on our preferred supplier list. The process above is the only way to apply for inclusion on this preferred supplier list. Unsolicited phone calls will not be considered as an alternative.
