Cosworth's Graduate Programme is focused on recent graduates who have, or expect to gain, a 2.1 or higher in one of the following disciplines:
- Electronic Engineering
- Computer Science or IT
- Mechanical Engineering
- Automotive Engineering
- Material Science
- Manufacturing Engineering
Cosworth started a new Apprentice Programme in 2010. Through this programme, each year five apprentices are exposed to state-of-the-art technology and training & development opportunities, mentored by our best and most experienced engineers, who have been handpicked to inspire the recruits.
Work Experience Placements
Cosworth has opportunities for students to complete Work Experience placements (up to 2 Weeks). During such placements you will work alongside world class engineers on cutting edge projects for the most exciting customers. To apply you should be studying full-time for an Engineering degree. All applicants must have a positive, proactive approach, good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues. You will also need a natural aptitude for problem solving.
