Developed by our electronics division and badged under the Pi Research range, the products are robust and well proven and can provide anything from a standalone sensor to a complete turn-key solution capable of integrating with analogue and digital systems.
The Pi Sigma Elite logger provides very high power to density capability in recorded and real time data display, onboard maths calculation and on-condition display presentation to the test pilot. Sigma's flexibility and scalability ensures it is the ideal solution for both large and small scale flight test programmes.
Our 20Hz GPS unit generates accurate positional data. It delivers EGNOS/WASS correction, or, through the use of the Pi P192-S telemetry system adds full differentially-corrected GPS data streams ideal for field performance testing.
Pi Toolbox software allows very fast analysis of single or multiple data sets, both historical and real-time. Using configurable workbooks, the user can customise graphical displays. Toolbox can also link data directly to video and audio data to give real time replay of video and data screens, synchronised frame by frame. Up to 4 videos may be displayed in one worksheet.
Our opto-isolated ARINC to serial converter is ideal for use with the Pi Sigma Elite logger. It can combine up to 4 ARINC buses into a single serial stream, reducing the need for sensor duplication.
